It is really up to the individual what works best but that can be a little bit disappointing when you aren’t expecting it. No need to sit out or give up, just keep going and over the 5 weeks there’s plenty of time to tackle a harder move and see improvements. ![]() My favorite feature was the included low impact modified moves. It is a great tool to break back into a fitness routine and includes a Quick Start Guide & a 5 Day Fast Track to get your new routine kicked off to a great start. It is composed of two cycles that last 5 weeks each for a total of 10 weeks to complete the program. This workout program is great for anyone at any fitness level. It promises all the results with a shorter more intense workout just 5 days a week. It is the 25 minute workout for those individuals who can’t or don’t want to commit to a full hour workout.
